The Planning Institute of Jamaica led the 2023 Jamaica VACS through funding from PEPFAR and technical support from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and the University of the West Indies carried out survey implementation. UNICEF supported the data to action process through a cooperative agreement through CDC funded by PEPFAR.

The Jamaica VACS report was published in 2024. Additionally, a summary report with the key findings from the survey was published at the same time.
