National prevention and response plan on violence against children in Kenya 2019-2023

The results from the 2019 Violence Against Children (VAC) Survey established that violence against children is still prevalent. The government — through the State Department of Social Protection and Department of Children Services — has come up with a national prevention and response plan (2019-2023) that aims to reduce violence against children prevalence by 40 percent.
