Moldova Violence Against Children and Youth Survey (VACS) report 2020 (data collection 2019)

In 2019, the Government of Moldova launched the Violence Against Children and Youth Survey (VACS), with technical assistance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as part of the Together for Girls partnership. The VACS measure multiple forms of violence against children and adolescents including sexual, physical, and emotional; they also provide important data on risk factors, protective factors, and consequences of violence. In 2020, the Government of Moldova launched the official VACS report.
